the curious incident
of the dog in the night-time

It is
about Christopher Boone, an autistic teenager who investigated the death
of his neighbor's dog.
The novel reveals the internal world of the autistic, using the "I".
Though its simple style, which is actually so cute and delicious, it
touched me profoundly. I felt an awkward feeling; I don’t know how to
express it, a kind of nostalgic connection with Christopher. I felt he
is familiar, so close.
"Can I be myself an autistic?" I started thinking. Well I know I've
always been a kind of it metaphorically speaking, but after reading the
novel I started to suspect that I may be psychologically speaking too.
Regardless who I am, Mark Haddon knew how to make you penetrate this far
realm, fathom, think as one of its people, and see through their eyes.
I am thankful because I read it.
Thank you Mark Haddon
